Outlook express

I have recently fitted a new hard drive to my computer,
which I have made as my boot drive. My original drive is
now the slave. I have installed Microsoft Outlook on to
my new drive, but my problem is now how can I save my
contact list or move my contact list to my new drive.
Please can anybody help me.
