outlook express

our office have problem with outlook express. Currently there are two
machines connected eachother with wireless network and internet cable. When
one machine opened express and get the email, then another one won't get it.
And cure for this?

Both machines are using the same email account???? If so, then in the
Account setting, one machine needs to have the Advanced setting of "Leave a
copy of messages on server..." and the second one will have the last copy of
the email downloaded.

If you also wish, both machines can be set the same way but the additional
Advanced option "Remove from server after ..."

You actually need BOTH machines to have "leave a copy of mail on server"
set, but to delete from server after X days.
