Outlook Express

Having difficulty launching Outlook Express. It
sometimes takes up to a couple of minutes to open. I have
cable modem - Roadrunner. Any ideas what the problem is
and how I can fix it?

If you have disabled Messenger this is common behavior. If this is the
case, these script will correct it.
