No-one - just in my book windowsxp.general is for WINDOWS XP problems -
NOT outlook Express.

perhaps you would like one ENORMOUS newsgroup for ALL software? With
perhaps several THOUSAND posts a day? Why do you think MS deliberately
set up an "Outlook Express" newsgroup? So people could ask questions
about XP in it?
