Outlook Express

I have Windows XP on my new computer. My family and
friends send me e-mail with attachments that you are
supposed to click on the paperclip and read it. I cannot
access these forwards or attachments. I'm new to the
computer, so maybe I just am not doing something right in
order to access them. Help Please.......Chris

Open Outlook Express, click Tools, Options, then the
security tab...the 4th box is checked by default, uncheck
it. It says something to the effect, "protect my computer
from dangerous attachments that could harm my computer" so
be sure you know what the attachment really is before you
open a Trojan or virus. Run a good current anti-virus
program.
