please help when i try to use outlook express i get the message below:

The host 'pop3' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the

You need to ask your ISP what should be in the Server boxes. POP3 and
SMTP is not enough.
To add an e-mail account, you need your account name and password, and
the names of your incoming and outgoing e-mail servers.

I often get this with ntl - always after they have had line probs or during
maintenence.
I phone them or go on their web site(if that is still working) and get them
to reset things for me.

The settings for the email servers should look something
like this
type pop3
pop.gmail.com
smtp.gmail.com
account name juliette
password ****** (romeo?)

Your ISP will have an FAQ with details on the proper
settings /entries for the mail accounts in their web pages
or you should call the help-line.
