Outlook Express

When using Outlook express I always get an error message
when I open it and try to send or receive messages. I
keep sending messages to Microsoft about it, but don't
get any results. I have to shut the program down and send
the message to Microsoft and then reload the program. Can
I reinstall Windows XP and without loosing all the data
and programs I have installed? Do you think that will
eliminate my problem?

Pat,

As far as I know, XP should save all your info/settings
if you reinstall/repair. It may not repair the problem
though, because the problem may be with your settings...
