outlook express ?

ok is there a rule i cna use to make it so that every
mesage that gets sent ot my inbox gets automaticaly
deleted,
ok use microsoft outlook,i want to make it so that
messages sent to my inobx are automatically deleted b
ecause i have a couple of other rules set up
