I CANNOT OPEN OUTLOOK EXPRESS-IT IS HANGING AFTER I
INSTALLED A NEW IDENTITY...THE ARROW TURNS TO AN
HOURGLASS AND JUST STAYS THAT WAY, NOTHING ELSE WILL
HAPPEN. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO....I CANNOT GET MY
EMAIL. THANK YOU....
