Outlook Express won't open

My outlook express won't open. It works on my wife's
side, but not mine. The error signature is:
AppName: msimn.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1123
ModName: directdb.dll
ModVer: 6.0.2800.1123 Offset: 0000556c
Please help.

I have the same problem. My question is, will I lose any of the emails
that I currently have?
