Outlook express wont open

Since loading Win XP Prof Outlook express wont open.
I get the following message:
Disk is full or out of memory and MSOE.DLL could not be
initialized..
No way I am out of Mem as I have 384 of Ram
Help!
 
1. In WinXP, OE's DBX files are hidden by default. To view these files in
Explorer, you must enable Show Hidden Files and Folders under Start |
Control Panel | Folder Options | View.

In Windows Explorer, search for [WinKey+F] Folders.dbx. Delete it.

2. If OE still won't open, see this page
