Outlook Express stops responding

I am having trouble with OE. I have Windows XP and whenever I load OE it
won't completely load before a notice says it is 'not responding' and the
mouse pointer reverts to a permanent hour glass. Microsoft's knowledge base
has a fix for this problem but only for Windows 95 & 98. Does anyone know if
there is a fix for XP and if so, where? Or, will the fix for 95 & 98 still
work in XP?

Go to the Microsoft Web page and download the latest IE.......it will
install over the existing one and usually do the needed repairs.
