Outlook Express SpellCheck - can't fix

Running XP & Outlook Express:

I get an error when I try to spell check a OE message. went to help &
support, and got instructions for replacing the csapi3t1.dll file. Went
throught the steps shown, (Run msconfig, expand file, type in file to
restore as shown. The instructions say for "file to restore" , the
instructiosn say to type in "cd:\win9x\win_10" do that, try to "expand per
instructions and get a file not found message. A browse ofd the CD fails to
turn up ANYTHING that looks like the file I am supposed to retore from

HELP! and thanks in advance...

If you prefer not to expand the file from your own XP CD or can't get the procedure to work
properly;
Download Expanded CSAPI3T1.DLL File
directly into C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Proof
