Outlook Express - Setting up multiple email Accounts

I have set up multiple email accounts on a computer running
Outlook Express. I am able to send emails from both accounts. However I am
only showing received emails for one of the accounts in the view area when
emails are received. I get an indication that an email has been received when
I send a test to the other account however it is not being displayed.
I only have 1 inbox folder in the pull down listing. Should their be an
inbox for both accounts? If so how do set up a second inbox? I believe the
emails are be received but just not displayed.

SORRY
I found an Outlook Express category under the Windows section. I have
reposted my question in the Outlook Express section.

Go to : "Tool" Message rules" , mail rules, select " the condition as you
want" follow the steps
