Outlook express reload from cd

I bought Win 2000Pro and every thing set up perfectly
except outlook express. I click on outlook to open and
I get error message msoe.dll could not be loaded. I was
going to try to reload OE from Win2000 cd but cant find it.
I also tried a repair install of Win2000 which didnt solve
problem. Obviously I am getting on the net just fine or I
wouldnt have been able to post this. Any help greatly
appreciated.

Hi doug,
Hope the msoe.dll would be corrupted or missing. Outlook Express has to
be Re-installed and it can be done by using
Contrlo panel->add or remove progarms->add or remove windows
component->outlook express
choose this option and insert the Windows 2000 professional Install CD.
this install the OE automatically. also install SP 4 wherein the OE & IE
gets upgraded.
