Outlook Express Question

Am not sure if this is the right newsgroup or not. Could not find an Outlook Express newsgroup. Anyway, recently had to delete my Outlook Express mail account and re-establish the same mail account (same e-mail address and password). Now, however, a number (but not all) of my recent sent messages now have myself (sender) shown in the "to" column. How can I get OE to show the e-mail address of the recipient for these messages in the "to" column? If this is an incorrect newsgroup, please advise the name of the correct newsgroup for OE problems. Thanks!
