Outlook Express Error

Any ideas why I recieve the following message in Outlook Express? I have
removed the e-mail addresses and server names, but the settings I have were
working up until about a week ago. I am running Windows XP Home SP2.

"... The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was
rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was
'(e-mail address removed)'. Subject 'Test', Account: 'sender@sender', Server:
'smtp1.senders.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '554
<[email protected]>: Recipient address rejected: Access denied', Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 554, Error Number: 0x800CCC79 ..."

I have had a problem with my computer and had to re-install the system, but
I did back up My Documents and Settings with Microsofts Backup program.
After I re-installed the system I restored the docuements and settings
folders - though there was a problem with this, in that my original user was
called Music, now this user settings folder (Music) is locked and I have a
new user settings folder Music.PAVILLION which I copied the documents and
settings into.

I have e-mail accounts from two providers on my machine, and the settings
for both were restored from the same backup. I have been able to send
e-mail from one of my providers accounts on the same computer, but not the
other. I have checked my Antivirus isn't blocking connections to my e-mail
server too (by turning it off).

I can't understand why this is now happening when I could send mail fine a
week ago with the same settings...

The sending server MUST be the sending server that your current Internet
connection service provider is offering you. Most ISPs block the email
sending service IP protocol port (25) from being reach out side (not on their
service) their connections.

Example:

Mail accounts:

(e-mail address removed)

(e-mail address removed)

If you use mynewisp.net as your Internet connection then BOTH email accounts
need to have the email sent by the mynewisp.net email server (ie:
smtp5.mynewisp.net).

Yves,

Sorry if that didn't come through clearly, but the e-mail account and smtp
server are set for the same provider, not different providers. So for
example if I have an account (e-mail address removed) I am using the settings
pop3.myisp.com and smtp.myisp.com.

Maybe what makes this difficult is that I am using a my ISP internet
connection to send e-mail from accounts provided by my _hosing provider_?
Still I am using my hosting providers server settings to send and receive
e-mail (i.e. smtp.hostingprovider.net & pop3.hositng provider.net) from the
e-mail accounts I have with my hosting provider.

I actually tried to send a test e-mail using my ISP's smtp server but my
hosting companies e-mail accounts, and that worked! I had been sending
e-mail from the accounts provided by my hosting company by using my hosting
companies smtp server, and just am wondering why this no longer works?
Could it be something to do with re-installing the documents and settings
after re-installing the system?

Regards,
Anthony.
