outlook express problems

#1-- I cant jump to a URL link from outlook express by double clicking
on URL.

#2-- On a reply, I click format and rich font, and I get an Error 501
permission denied. This occurs when want to use the full color chart
for my font.

Any help please ? ?
 
Go to Start/Run, and type: REGSVR32 URLMON.DLL

If you are not set to use IE as the default browser, set that in IE, tools,
options, Programs tab.
