Help! We cannot access our Outlook Express e-mails. We
get an error message window saying Outlook Express has
encountered a problem. Can you help us access our Outlook
Express? This is not an internet problem. It is a
Microsoft problem. This problem occurred this evening for
the first time. We sent an error message report with no
response yet.

Please respond with any answer you might have.

Thank You,

Theresa

Open Windows Explorer to C:\Windows\Inf, locate msoe50.inf within it.
Right-click it and choose "install".
