Outlook Express Error message

When I'm in my Outlook Express email I receive an errormessage: outlook Exp
has encountered a problem and needs to close.
Error report: Error signature AppVer:6.0.2900.2180
AppName: msimn.exe offset: 00001010
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180
ModName:
ntdll.dll

Can anyone explain to me what to do? I cannot access my email.

Also, this may help. I have over 500 messages trying to come in. Before the
1st one comes in I get message: Your pop server has not responded in 60 sec?
I don't understand this because I'm connected to the internet?

Anyones advice will be greatly appreciated! Rose

Similar problems have occurred to me when certain spam messages with malformed
headers were in queue on the server. OE just didn't want to download them, or
the ISP's server didn't want to process them.

Try logging in to your ISP's web mail. Delete all the obvious spam messages,
and clear any "Deleted Items" or "Quarantine" folders. Log out, then try OE
again.
