I have recently changed my ISP and I have broadband now. Of course I let
everybody know my new email address but some of my friends say that when
they send me emails they come back and say they can't be delivered. I have
checked my blocked senders list and their addresses are not there. Is there
another thing that might be causing this? I have contacted my ISP and they
say that they don't filter mail and that I should be getting it. I posted
this message
on help and support but it didn't show there so am sending to here to see if
it
shows.

I know that I should be sending this to an OE newsgroup, but could not find
one to subscribe to can someone help with a link. Also can you help with IE
link? Thanks

Are you sure you didn't mix up .com with .net? Can't think of anything else
not an ISP issue. Blocked Senders and Rules will not give them a
undeliverable message reply

Bruce.

You should send them an email from your new account and
instruct them to paste the new email into their
addressbooks, most likely they typed the address in wrong.
