Outlook Express Problem.....

I have no idea what's wrong but every time i click on
Outlook Express, the first window shows up (u know, the
one that shows the logo and the info and all that) and it
stops there, and right after a window comes up that
says "Outlook Express has encountered a problem and needs
to close." that's as far as I get!! Has anyone else had
this problem?? And if anybody has any help please let me
know!
