Outlook express on Win 98 (error trying to initialize data)

Hello all:

I have a client that has a Windows 98 machine with Outlook Express. He is
connecting to an IMAP server (IMAIL) and when he tries to Send/Receive he
receives and error message:

An error ocurred trying to initialize internal data for the newsgroup
'Inbox' on the account 'Company'.

I do not see a newsgroup configured and wondered what might be causing the
issue and what solution can be done to correct the problem. Is this an
account reconfiguration or is this specific to mail.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello all,

Does anyone have a solution to the problem? I appreciate it Brian, but it
looks like this is a place for Outlook questions as well as there is not a
specific technical chat for Outlook Express.

The link that Brian gave you is one of several newsgroups for Outlook
Express. This group here is for Microsoft Office's Outlook component,
which is in no way related to Outlook Express. Many of the regulars here
are unfamiliar with Outlook Express, and are therefore unable to help you.
