Outlook express NNTP server not work?

Outlook express NNTP server not work? any idea why I can
not log into the server via outlook newsgroups

Works fine for me. What server name are you using? (I connect directly to
Microsoft, using msnews.microsoft.com)
 
THat is the server I am trying to connect to, but I get
the message 'unable to connect to the server'
and I get the following in the detailed section:
Configuration:
Account: msnews.microsoft.com
Server: msnews.microsoft.com
Protocol: NNTP
Port: 119
Secure(SSL): 0
Code: 800ccc0e
Do you see a problem with this configuration?

Are you going through a firewall? Can you connect to any other news servers?

Try doing a Google search on 800ccc0e (the error you're getting). There are
a number of hits.
