Outlook express Newsgroups

Hi, my mom would really like to use the newsgroups
feature on Outlook express, but when we try to create a
newsgroup account it says that we need the "News [NNTP]
Server" we're not really sure what this is? If any one
could explain it would help alot.

[btw out internet service provider is Netzero]
