Outlook express links

I am running Outlook express on WIN XP pr. When I recieve an incoming
e-mail. I can not open the link if there is one in the message. Help.

You might want to ask in a newsgroup that deals with OE, like
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general
