transfer email messages from express in XP to outlook in Windows 7

I just purchased a HP with windows 7 and outlook. My old computer has windows
XP and I used outlook Express 6. How do I move mail messages and contact
address book to new computer. All directions I find tell me to open express
in new computer, but windows 7 does not come with express, nor will it let me
install it. HELP!!

I'd suggest you ask in a Windows 7 forum. There are no public MS newsgroups
