outlook express in xp

I can't get outlook express to accept my username and password.I have
gone into accounts and reinstated several times with no luck and have
gone into control panel e-mail and reinstated with no luck.I can get
into my e-mail from my server from Internet explorer.Any help would be
appreciated. Thank you.

Isn't it your ISP that is not accepting your user ID and password?

With (e-mail address removed) as an email address, some servers would want
(e-mail address removed) as username and some would just want lambtink.
