Outlook Express identities

I tried to send this earlier but don't think it went anywhere.

We have 2 identities.....suddenly the number two identity has lost the tool
bar with "Create mail/ Reply/ Reply all/ Forward/ Print/ Delete....etc etc"

Number 1 identity is perfectly OK.

Can anyone assist ?????....I have Windows XP sp2 home edition.

Right click up in the top section of the screen. In the drop down click on
"ToolBar".
