outlook express freezing up

Hi when I go into OE there is one message that is highlighted and cannot be
deleted, no other function can be carried out in OE as the old egg timer
shows up preventing it . all other aspects of my computer are working normal,
I cant get in to OE to check any settings because of the freezing. When I
went into the Ozemail site to check my mail the email that is
frozen(highlighted) does not show. can anyone solve my problem please

Hi,

If its the email that is causing the problem, you could try either
relocating the inbox.dbx or rename and try opening OE, then change the
layout so you don`t have the preview pane active, then bring that file back
into OE and try opening then deleting it.
