Outlook express Emails minimised

When emails are opened they are minimised. How can I open emails in maximised mode?

Close all messages except one | use your pointer and left mouse button to drag the message to the size you
want (Do NOT use the Maximize button)| File | Hold down the Ctrl key and click Close with your left mouse
button. Now every time you open a message it should open to that size.
Don't like the size? Repeat the procedure.
