Outlook Outlook Express | email seize up in outbox!

Helo,
I have a problem with my Outlook Express 6.

When I send simple email it's OK. My contact get mails, but if my email with attachment, it seize up in outbox and my contact get that mail constantly. If i sent mail and don't delete it from outbox my contact get the same leter every five minutes. The Outlook Error box appear but there is no message, only clean field.
At the bottom of Outlook Error box writes "0 of 1 tasks"

So, maybe you have the same problem and know how to solve it. Thanks for help.

I really don't know why you would get that as an error, but it may be worth using a different mail client like Thunderbird (it's free) as it will import all of your old mail items:

The only thing I can think of that may have something to do with the problem would be a problem with your anti-virus mail scanner? Without an outlook error message it would be really hard to diagnose.
