Outlook Express continuously sends email?

All of a sudden, my outlook express has started to continually send any email
I leave in my Outbox. One customer got the same email 700+ times overnight
this week.

I have deleted the Outbox and let OE re-create it. This action did not
correct the problem.

Does anyone else have an idea of what to do next?

My suggestion would be to post to a group that specializes in Outlook
Express. OE is part of Internet Explorer. This group supports Microsoft
Outlook which is part of Microsoft Office.

Here is the basic link to the Community you want, but you'll have to choose
your version of OE from there to get where you can post to the correct
group:
