Outlook Express and password to server

When I try to check for new e-mails the password/login box appears, the
information is saved and all I am doing is clicking on 'ok' this has been
going on for weeks and on average I click on 'ok' approx 100 times!!!! then
all of a sudden the e-mails come in! My ISP say re-install Outlook Express,
I would if I knew how!!

Please Help!!

Did your ISP walk you through the settings in Outlook Express to verify they
are correct?

Hi, no not really, explained what was happening and they said it was a
software problem. Tend to agree with them because for a couple of years it
was fine and has just got worse over the last few months, I do eventually get
my e-mails so if the settings were incorrect I don't think I would?? It's
just very frustrating having to click 100 times..!!!!
