Outlook Express "Active Control" Problem

Whenever i click on outlook express to get into the newsgroups i get an IE
window asking me if i want to allow Active Content. It gives me a "yes" or
"no" option. When i click "yes" everything works fine. Unfortunately i get
this window every time i try to access OE! I went to the security tab in IE
& checked the box marked "Allow active content to run in files on my
computer". I still get the IE window! I'm running windows XP home edition.
w/sp2. Any suggestions?

You get the prompt when you open Outlook Express? Check for hijackware.
