Outlook Express 6

I recently downloaded IE7. Was using IE6. Now Outlook Express 6 is not
working correctly. The first time I open OE6 all is fine. But when I switch
identities nothing happens. When I exit OE6 and attempt to re-open at
another time it will not open at all. I have to reboot, then OE6 will open
and work properly.... until I try to switch identites, then nothing. As soon
as I close OE6 it will not reopen unless I reboot. Help please!
