Outlook Express 6 locks up when clicking on web link

I have a new OE6 problem as described in the subject line. I get the finger
symbol on the curser, but when I click it, OE6 freezes. I have to use Task
Manager to shut it down. I can cut and paste links in to IE7 with no
problem. should I reinstall OE6? Is there a better solution?
 
Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
