Copying old email from Outlook '03 to Outlook Express 6

I would like to copy old emails from Outlook 2003 to my Outlook Express 6.

The emails are organized into folders under Inbox & Sent folders.
So are the emails in OE6

How can I copy the emails over. I will ultimately delete them from Outlook
when I can verify the copy to OE?

Gary,
Open OE6> Under File> Import> Messages> Select OUTLOOK> Select the folders
that you want to Import> If these are subfolders of the InBox and Sent Items
folders, Include the main folders too. This will retain the folder tree
structure.

You will need to do some house cleaning in the InBox and Sent Items folder,
after the Import. Since the messages from Outlook will join the messages in
these folders in Outlook Express. You might consider while still in Outlook,
to moving these messages into their designated subfolders, if you haven't
already, before the import.
