Copying folders from Outlook Express to Outlook

My computer arrived from Dell with Outlook Express pre-installed. I later
installed Outlook as part of MS Office 2000. Most - but not all - incoming
email messages are received in both inboxes, but I have a preference for MS
Outlook and have set up all my folders there. Recently - for a period of a
month - all my messages went only to Outlook Express, and I would like to
copy/transfer those messages from it to my MS Outlook folders. Any ideas?

If Express is opened, and configured for mail, it will receive msgs. So dont
open it, or remove the mail accounts.
In Express export your msgs to Outlook

PS Express is part of the win o/s
