Outlook Express 6: Stops responding at launch

Outlook Express 6 often stops responding for a few
minutes when launching it. Eventually it does load and
is fine after that point. It either launches like this
every time during a computer session (before a reloading
Windows XP again) or launches how it should every time.
This problem is quite annoying as it does tend to waste a
lot of time.

look at insideoe.tomsterdam.com for suggestions - I'd probably try deleting
drafts and outbox folder but they may have other suggestions.
