A few months ago I started using Windows XP professional,
since then, my outlook express will hang anywhere between
30 & 60 seconds when I go to open it from my task bar or
desktop, I can still us the computer while I'm waiting
for it to load, but it drives me nutty, I'm turning into
a arcade game addict while I wait, any suggestions out
there for a fix to this problem???
