"Hang up after sending and receiving" on - OUTLOOK EXPRESS

I use the "off" state of the "Hang up after sending and receiving" option on
"OUTLOOK EXPRESS" (option NOT marked).

But from time to time the option turn on "by it's selt".

What can couse it ??
