Outlook Express 6 deletes messages after closing

Outlook Express 6 deletes messages after closing. When I open Outlook Express
6 it shows received emails just fine. But when I close and reopen, all the
messages are completely gone. They are not in the Deleted folder, can't find
them anywhere. Anyone have a solution for this problem?

Wrong group. Ask in microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general

Try going into "tools", then "options", then "maintenance" to check your
settings.
