Outlook Express 6 change text format to HTML

All my incoming mail is plain text, and I've tried
everything to my knowledge to convert my email to receive
html format. All my emails usually come in HTML format
from before. Does anyone know how to fix this on the OE6
version? Thanks.
 
All is okay!!! I found the answer on another email and it
worked fine.
