Outlook Express --> 2003

I'm hoping someone here has some advice. I'm trying to
upgrade from Outlook Express to Outlook 2003. I
exported/imported everything, and have all my emails in
2003 now...but I can't send or recieve mail. All the
settings are completely identical, but Express will get
new mail and 2003 won't. Any advice would be greatly
appreciated!
 
No error message at all...just nothing coming to my
inbox, even when I manually tell it to get my mail.
