Outlook Express

Just got a new laptop w/ vista loaded into it. I reloaded my microsoft 2003
teacher/student edition into it. Question is how do I find Outlook Express
which is how I recieved e-mail on old computer. I want it to be my default.

it to be my default.

Vista uses Windows Mail, which is OE but not.

Also, OE has nothing to do with Outlook and normally I'd be pointing you
to a different newsgroup, but, eh.
