Outlook.exe has generated errors

Thought I'd post this to see if anyone responds before I rebuild the
computer.

I followed the instructions on KB297010 but Outlook still crashes after
every 5 minutes or so. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Office, created a
new Exchange and Windows profile and it would still crash. Has anyone
encountered this problem?
 
When you uninstalled office did you run the office cleaner
tool?
 
No. I didn't know there's such a thing. How can run that tool? Thanks.
