OUTLOOK.EXE error when closing outlook

I have Outlook 2000 sr1 with the attachment security patch
applied. Whenever I close down outlook I receive an error
message - "outlook.exe has generated errors error log is
being created" Here is the error log:

Apply sp3 for wndows 2000, and if you still have the same problem then apply
sp4
