Outlook.EXE-Entry Point Not Found

Whenever I open Outlook, I get "The procedure entry point
GETIUMS could not be located in the dynamic link library
MSDART.DLL"

I've tried the auto fix and inserting my original CD but
I can't get rid of this...Help please...
