Outlook.exe entry point not found when it starts up

I cloned a dying drive now I'm getting numerous "entry point not found"
errors when I start MS programs. The message for outlook says
CICEROUIWND Frame: Outlook.exe entry point not found followed by "The
procedure entry point can not be located in the dynamic link library
Kernel32.dll
Any thoughts on how I can correct it? It does it on 2 of my 4 profiles

That usually indicates a hard disk sector error - try running chkdisk /r from the command prompt. Depending on the size of the drive, perhaps dinner and a movie would be a good idea.

By the way, why did you clone a bad disk rather than move the data to the new disk?

I cloned the drive because I thought it would be the easest way to get the
data, programs and os to the new drive. I guess that was a mistake because I
have the same type of error on a few other applications.

I ran chkdisk and it did not help. I found the PST files are fine. I made a
new profile and it will open, so I made new profiles and transfered the
files.
